Jianli ("we") values your personal information and privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information when providing the online resume editing service, and what rights you have. Please read this policy carefully before using the service, especially the terms highlighted in bold. By using the service you acknowledge that you understand and agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: email, nickname, password (stored only as an irreversible bcrypt hash).
• Resume content: the name, contact details, work experience, education history, photo and other information you enter in the editor. Such content may constitute sensitive personal information, and we use it only to the extent necessary to provide you with resume building and export services.
• AI conversation content: the text you send to the AI assistant and snapshots of your resume, used to generate polishing suggestions.
• Log information: IP address, browser type, access time and similar data, used for security auditing and troubleshooting.

2. How We Use Information

We use the above information only to: provide resume editing/export services, account verification and security, and improve the product experience. We do not use your resume content for ad targeting, nor do we sell it to unrelated third parties.

3. Third-Party Services and Information Sharing

• Email service provider (Resend): used to send registration/password-reset verification codes; only your email address and the code content are transmitted.
• Hosting and infrastructure (Vercel/Supabase): the site is deployed on, and data is stored on, these providers' servers located outside mainland China.

Except for the above circumstances and as required by laws and regulations, we do not share your personal information with third parties.

4. Storage and Security

Your personal information is stored on Vercel/Supabase servers located outside mainland China.We protect data security through encrypted storage, access controls, regular backups and other measures. Account passwords are stored in irreversible encrypted form; verification codes are time-limited and single-use. If a security incident results in a leak of personal information, we will notify you and report to the authorities in a timely manner as required by law.

5. Your Rights

• Access and correction: you can view and edit account information such as your nickname in "Account Settings", and modify your resume content in the editor at any time.
• Deletion: you can delete individual resumes; after account cancellation, personal data such as resumes and AI conversation records will be deleted.
• Account cancellation: you can cancel your account yourself in "Account Settings - Danger Zone"; cancellation is irreversible.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use only the session cookies necessary to maintain your signed-in state, and do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Protection of Minors

This service is intended for job seekers and is not directed at children under the age of 14. If you are a minor, please use this service under the supervision of a guardian.

8. Policy Updates

When this policy is updated, we will post a notice in a prominent location on the page. Material changes (such as changes to the purposes of information use) will be separately notified by email.
